TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A non-refundable deposit of £250 is to be made at the time of booking (plus a further £200 per extra chalet booked). Note: an addition to this deposit may be required for some accommodation. The balance of payment is to be made payable 10 weeks prior to departure. No refund will be made beyond this time. All clients are asked not to arrive before 1400hrs on the day of arrival and to check out of the chalet by 1000hrs on the day of departure, unless an agreement is made prior to arrival. It is expressly provided that this booking only relates to the provision of accommodation and ski packages and should the accommodation become unavailable for any reason no compensation will be payable for flights or ancillary costs. Clients should therefore ensure that they are adequately insured for all eventualities. No animals are allowed in the chalet. Chalets are to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Rubbish is to be removed as specified by the Owner prior to departure. This contract is governed by the Law of Scotland.
